– Late check out from 12h00 to 15h00: 30% surcharge charged<\/span><\/p>\n

– Late check out from 15h00 to 18h00: 50% surcharge charged<\/span><\/p>\n

– Late check out after 18h00: 100% room charge<\/span><\/p>\n

– In the graft: 300,000 VND \/ person for extra bed, 250,000 VND \/ person\u00a0for extra person (no bed),<\/span>\u00a0maximum 2 persons per room. Each room has only one extra bed.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Children up to 11 years old are free of charge when sharing bed with parents, but do not include breakfast and no extra bed.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Cancellation made at least 03 days prior to arrival date: no charge (100% refund)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the check-in date: the 1st night will be charged (return the difference to the customer)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Guests do not come and do not notice cancellation: no refund.<\/span>
