– Late check out from 12h00 to 15h00: 30% surcharge charged
– Late check out from 15h00 to 18h00: 50% surcharge charged
– Late check out after 18:00: 100% room charge
Add people:
– In the graft: 300,000 VND / person for extra bed, 250,000 VND / person for extra person (no bed), maximum 2 persons / room. Each room has only one extra bed.
– Free for children aged 11 and under with parents, but exclude breakfast and no extra bed.

Reservation Guarantee:
In order to guarantee your reservation, 100% of room rate will be charged upon booking. The system will automatically refuse the booking when the credit card information is provided incorrectly.
Cancellation or no cancellation policy:
– Cancellation made at least 03 days prior to arrival date: no charge (100% refund)
– Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the check-in date: the 1st night will be charged (return the difference to the customer)
– Guests do not come and do not notice cancellation: no refund.
